چکیده

In this study, a cylinder with size of 15 cm x 30 totaling 10 pieces for the splitting tensile test. 5 were used normal test and other joint used. Two tests have been carried out, namely strength (control) strength. testing object, applied tool to provide load is Compression Testing Machine. The was out on objects in form concrete cylinders an age 28 days. (control). Meanwhile, given gradually until experienced cracks or reaching maximum load.

Strength Appraisal of Artificial Sand as Fine Aggregate in Sfrc

The huge quantity of concrete is consumed by the construction industry all over the world, probably second largest after water. In India, the conventional concrete is produced by using natural sand from riverbeds as fine aggregate. Dwindling sand resources poses the environmental problem and hence government restrictions on sand quarrying resulted in scarcity and significant increase in its cos...
